Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them—unused, unsoiled, with tags, and in original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping & Refunds
Unless your item arrived defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank/credit card may require additional time.) If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at gamedaygreetings@gmail.com.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days at gamedaygreetings@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom/personalized items (e.g., doormats with names, custom teams, or special requests)
- Event tickets (see “Event Ticket Policy” below)
- Gift cards
- Perishables, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item. If you prefer, email gamedaygreetings@gmail.com and we’ll advise on the best path.
Event Ticket Policy
- Non-refundable: Event tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
- Transfers: Tickets are transferable to another guest (or, when available, to another event date) if requested at least 24 hours before the event start time. Email gamedaygreetings@gmail.com to request a transfer.
- Cancellations/Postponements: If Game Day Greetings cancels an event, you may choose a full refund or a credit toward a future event. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored on the new date or can be transferred.
- Doormat-Specific Conditions
Returned doormats must be unused and free of soil/debris. Because our mats are hand-painted, slight variations are normal and not considered defects.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, except for custom/personalized items, which are excluded under EU law. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
