We Ship Worldwide

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing time from the date of purchase before tracking updates are available.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard (Domestic): Estimated 5–7 business days shipping
  • International Standard Shipping: International shipping options are available. All prices and shipping methods are subject to change upon ordering. You will be contacted if necessary.
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Please note: Weekends are not considered business days. While you may receive tracking information over the weekend, your package will most likely not begin tracking until the next business day when postal services reopen.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Game Day Greetings is not responsible for lost or stolen items after shipment is handed off to USPS or UPS. However, we handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do everything possible to assist in recovering your package.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or for any reason not caused by our error, Game Day Greetings cannot reship your order under the previous label.

A new shipping label will need to be purchased by the customer.

If your order originally included free shipping, please note that free shipping cannot be applied twice. Additional shipping charges will need to be collected before reshipping your order.

Orders that have been shipped and returned cannot be canceled.

Processing Time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. While we aim to ship promptly, as a small business, it may take 3–5 business days to process (unless stated otherwise on the product description).

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that delivery times do not include potential delays due to:

  • Weather
  • Postal service disruptions
  • Weekends or holidays
  • Holidays may cause additional delays in both processing and delivery times.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email gamedaygreetings@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

We ship quickly and cannot guarantee cancellations or address changes once processing begins.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Unless your item arrived defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. See our Return Policy for more details. 

Shipping Delays

Game Day Greetings is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping charges will not be refunded due to mail carrier delays.
